操场上，有的踢毽子，有的跳长绳，有的打羽毛球，每个人都选择了自己喜欢的活动。我呢，两手插在口袋里。不知做什么好。这时，老师拍我的肩膀说：“蒋如宇，你想玩什么?”我一脸茫然，“那里有一个排球，你去找几个小朋友打排球吧!”“你去哪里，和女生一起打排球吧!”
我来到排球场，所有的女生叽叽喳喳地说：“我们全体打一个人。”老师站在公平的立场上说：“五个女生和蒋如宇站在一起，其余的站在一旁。

“叮铃铃”下课了，自由组队打排球真是太棒了，友谊第一，比赛第二，我们在欢笑声中结束了这场体锻课。

下节是体育课。
体育课没什么新鲜的。大家一起跑步热身后就可以自由活动了。除非是体育考试，不然体育课永远都是这样。
可没想到，今天的体育课与以往不同。
一上课，老师便从操场的另一头捧着一个橘黄色的排球走过来。他让男生去跑步，然后对女生说：“今天女生练排球。”我好像得到了一份心仪已久的礼物，既惊讶又开心。
老师开始给大家讲解最基本的动作——垫球。早已跃跃欲试的我们都有些等不急了，恨不得马上开始练习……
我把排球抛起来，马上摆好姿势去接，可看起来那么可爱的排球偏偏那么不听话，竟把我的大拇指当做跳板，刚落下，又跳起来飞到很远的地方去了。我不明白，在老师手中那么听话的排球，到了我手中怎么就读不懂我的意思呢?难不成老师给球施了魔法?于是，我决定向老师请教一番。
老师让我垫了几下就挑出一大堆毛病：“你看，你的胳膊没伸直而且没放平;再有，得让球落在你的小臂上才对;然后注意身体是往上伸展的。”
我认真地按老师说的去做。接球的时候我把胳膊摆得直直的，球瞄准我的小臂落下来，我很默契地踮起脚尖接着它，它便有力地一跃而起，我连忙准备用胳膊做它的另一个起跳点……
经过老师的一番调教，我的球技果然进步了不少。那只橘黄色的排球暖暖的，很贴心，与我里应外合、忙而不乱地配合着。“不赖嘛!”我暗自赞叹。
垫了几百下，我有些晕头转向了，加上太阳光不断地抚摸，我早已大汗淋漓，但我依旧津津有味地垫着，因为这是一种享受。真正喜欢做一件事时，汗水也是一种开心满足的表现。
玩得正开心，一串讨厌的下课铃声响了。我十分不情愿地走向球筐，慢吞吞地把球放进去。抬手抹一把额头上的汗，心想是不是有一种潇洒的感觉?想着，我意犹未尽地走向教学楼。
